Our Story

In 2016, Six Play Consulting was founded by a group of telecommunications industry veterans who shared a passion for helping businesses navigate the complex world of carrier services. Drawing from their 50+ years of collective experience, they decided to create a company that would take a consultative approach to telecommunications consulting and brokerage, putting the needs of their clients first. In a short period of time, Six Play Consulting has won numerous industry awards and accolades for sales and unparalleled service.

  • CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER/GENERAL MANAGER

    Brad is our fearless leader. He creates our company goals and strategic initiatives, manages our vendor partnerships and client relationships at an executive level, and removes obstacles at every turn. Brad’s motto is: “If we put the customer first, we will always win.” With over 20 years of experience in the Telecommunication and Information Technology field, Brad is highly networked and respected within the industry. He received his B.A. Degree in Telecommunications from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana where he became a huge college basketball fan. He also spent time studying abroad at Oxford University, inspiring a passion for travel, and exposing him to diverse perspectives. Continuing his journey across 50+ countries, Brad witnessed firsthand how technology has simplified global communication through VoIP, social media, and video conferencing platforms. His career began at AT&T in Chicago, then migrated to California in the early 2000s (San Francisco and San Diego). Brad held numerous positions in telecom, mostly in the managerial/technical/engineering fields, and eventually created Six Play in March of 2016.

  • CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER/VP OF MOBILITY

    Tarence’s creative nature blends the sciences behind Information Technology with the art of design. Joining our team in 2017, Tarence brings 22 years of mobility experience to Six Play. Receiving a B.A. in Advertising from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, Tarence heads all creative, mobility strategy, and marketing initiatives for Six Play. Tarence began his career in 2001 with AT&T Mobility and has been a part of the transformative wireless industry ever since. He’s played an integral part in the transformation of wireless services from the launch of text messaging, to the development of smartphones, applications, and IoT (Internet of Things). Not only is he a wireless expert, but he’s also a veteran who spent time as a military police officer in the U.S. Air Force. He’s also a board member for several non-profits with a passion for community, creativity, and innovation.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TEAM

  • Alex Albaeck

    BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Alex holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from California Lutheran University. She also played both Division 1 and 3 soccer at ASU and CLU respectively. Alex’s main job is to keep Six Play continually firing on all 12 cylinders. Alex ensures all orders are placed correctly and successfully with each carrier. She also handles strategic deal shaping, retention and works with our partners on custom contracts and legal negotiations. She also leads relationships with our carriers, vendors, sales, engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and sales agents.

  • Giani Michael

    ACCOUNT MANAGER

    Giani’s role as Account Manager means that he is responsible for ensuring 100% customer satisfaction with our services. With a B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University, he is frequently the first one on our team to establish new customer relationships. His knack for uncovering customer needs and applying solutions that best fit the situation is unparalleled. Always, an unbiased fiduciary, Giani is a problem-solver. He looks at unique ways to solve the problems that we face in our industry daily. His personal goal is to exceed customer expectations 100% of the time.

  • Larissa Vanolli

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Larissa’s process-driven project management approach makes every project run like clockwork. Hailing from Santa Catarina, Brazil, Larissa moved to San Diego to pursue the American Dream while obtaining her B.S. in Business Administration at Southern States University. Larissa supports our accounts with service-related requests including billing, pricing, and implementation. She is also a marketing whiz and is our philanthropy lead!
